SENIOR DIRECTOR OF TALENT DEVELOPMENT POSITION OPENING

The Hampton Roads Workforce Council, the regional workforce development organization, is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Senior Director of Talent Development. This senior level position will be responsible for the vision, leadership, strategic direction and management of the Council’s regional talent programs and initiatives. The responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, leading the Council’s strategies to develop a targeted talent pipeline of highly skilled, career ready individuals to ensure that the region's workforce meets the needs and anticipated needs of the area’s employers.  The full job description is posted here.

DIRECTOR OF GRANTS AND PROPOSAL DEVELOPMENT

The Hampton Roads Workforce Council, the regional workforce development organization, is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Director of Grants and Proposal Development. This position will be responsible for the full range of resource development activities to support the mission. These activities include grant and proposal writing and reporting with public agencies, private foundations and corporations. Specifically, this staff is responsible for writing proposals for both unrestricted operating revenue and restricted projects and for submitting timely and accurate reports for all existing grant funded projects.
